Here's week #2's haul! A big old head of lettuce, another quart of strawberries, a bunch of radishes, and two bunches of rhubarb. Since we still have a couple of quarts of strawberries, I see some strawberry rhubarb pie in our future. And I think my husband has some kind of a plan for pickled radishes.
