Ahh, nothing like waking up to multiple feet of snow with nowhere to be and the electricity still on! Unlike October. Here's the schedule of events at our house today:
- wake up late
- shovel path for dogs to pee
- laugh uproariously at their struggles to do so in said multiple feet of snow
- have a nice leisurely breakfast
- suit up to tackle the driveway with shovels (took us 2.5 hours to move 1,350 cubic feet of snow!)
- warm up inside with teatime
- walk puppies in sunny, cold, snowy wonderland
- make Julia Child-inspired coq au vin for an early Valentine's dinner
- enjoy dinner snuggled up at home with the pups!
